Here’s some tips on how to subscribe to the Precision Pays feed of all the articles posted to the website and to the Precision Pays Podcast.
Each article posted onto Precision Pays will show up as a new “feed” if you are subscribing to the website using a Feed Reader program or the new features that allow this in web browsers like IE and Firefox or personalized search engine home pages like Google and Yahoo. Feed reader programs include News Gator.
In any of these options you’ll need to use the following Precision Pays feed address: http://feeds.feedburner.com/PrecisionPays. Just copy that into the subscription box in your feed reader of choice and it will automatically download each post for you.
A podcast is basically a recorded radio program in the form of a digital audio file, usually an MP3 file. This audio file is included in an RSS Feed so that your computer can subscribe to it and automatically download that audio file for you to listen to either on your computer or portable audio player, like an iPod. The Precision Pays Podcast will contain all the audio files that are posted onto the Precision Pays website. This will include interviews as well as other audio presentations.
You’ll need podcast subscription software on your computer like iTunes.
With your podcast subscription software you’ll want to use the following file link in the appropriate subscription box to subscribe to the Precision Pays Podcast: http://feeds.feedburner.com/PrecisionPaysPrecisionPaysPodcast
That’s it. Then your software will check that file for the latest Precision Pays Podcast and automatically download it onto your computer into the folder you specified when you set up the software. If you use a digital audio player, the file will be placed onto it when you synchronize the player with your computer. Then you can listen to the Precision Pays Podcast whenever and wherever you want.
